We’ve kept the traditional recipes that use only the finest fresh meat: tender, succulent and perfectly textured. Our meat is prepared each morning in order to meet the highest quality standards, standards we want our customers to get used to. We mixed the traditional and the modern ways and kept the best of both worlds.
With our superior quality ingredients mixed and combined to perfection, every bite becomes an experience of the senses. Our hamburgers come from family secrets and ingredient combinations, from listening carefully to our mothers and grandmothers’ recipes for sauces, fries and salads. Aside from our varied, traditional menu, we also serve meat and tuna “pregos” (typical steak sandwich), served in our squid-ink dyed “bolo do caco” (typical bread), and our curious chicken wings, made with orange marmalade. Make sure you try our monthly special too: each month we create a new recipe, a limited edition hamburger. Get it before it’s gone forever!
