Câmara de Lobos hosts the gastronomic feast of the Black Swordfish 2019
From 9 to 11 August the Bay of Câmara de Lobos will host again the traditional feast of the Black Swordfish, an event organized by the Parish Council of Câmara de Lobos, which will feature the presence of the poster head of the party the artist Jorge Ferreira.
The gastronomic feast of the Black Swordfish aims to disseminate one of the most typical Madeiran gastronomic specialties, such as Black Swordfish and at the same time highlight the traditional fishing activity of Câmara de Lobos.
In this event will be present five restaurants with specialties of black swordfish, also counting with the various establishments of restoration Downtown, which will be associated with official restaurants, thus extending the gastronomic offer.
During the celebration, there will be atribute to the fisherman and the delivery of the productivity premium. The traditional gastronomic promotion will also be made, with the realization of show cooking with great local chefs.
Over the three days of partying there will be plenty of excitement with music for all tastes, focusing on regional artists.
